Provide a collaborative stage for open conversation with industry partnerships that give students real-work skills to go straight from education to the workforce in an innovative and forward-thinking way.
Make trades a lucrative and desirable career path through the integration of K-12 programming, industry partnerships, and employer-informed education.
Integrate local needs through customer-focused training by preparing students with ready-to-work skills in response to current and future assets in the industry such that employers are clamoring to hire students.
